Role Overview :

We are seeking a motivated Green Building Certification Lead with 3–5 years of experience to join our growing sustainability consultancy team. The ideal candidate will specialize in delivering sustainability certifications across a wide range of property types, with hands-on experience in BREEAM, LEED, Fitwel, WELL, and other major U.S. and international green building standards. This role includes project delivery, client engagement, strategic advisory, business development, and leadership of certification initiatives across diverse real estate portfolios.

Key Responsibilities :

• Certification Delivery

Lead, manage, and deliver Green Building Certifications (BREEAM, LEED, WELL, Fitwel, and others) across a range of asset types.
