We’re hiring an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead field operations on USACE and NAVFAC construction projects . This role ensures project success from groundbreak to turnover, while upholding the highest safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities :

• Supervise all on-site construction activities and field personnel
• Manage schedules, subcontractors, budgets, and progress reporting
• Maintain compliance with project specs, contract documents, and federal standards
• Coordinate materials, equipment, inspections, and change orders
• Submit and track RFIs, submittals, and pay applications
• Promote jobsite safety and enforce OSHA and USACE / NAVFAC protocols
• Maintain accurate daily reports, as-builts, and jobsite documentation
• Build strong relationships with clients, inspectors, and subcontractors
• Travel to project sites as needed (nationwide)
