Position Summary :

We are seeking a litigation attorney admitted to practice in Florida who has experience in one or more of the following areas : general liability, trucking, business litigation or construction defect. The ideal candidate will manage all phases of litigation, develop case strategies, and represent clients in state and federal courts throughout Florida.
