What You’ll Do

Deliver high-quality physical therapy services under the supervision of a Physical Therapist

Follow individualized Plans of Care to help patients reach their goals

Teach patients and caregivers safe ways to use assistive devices like canes, walkers, and wheelchairs

Provide guidance on at-home therapy exercises and techniques

Monitor and communicate patient progress and any changes in condition

Ensure care meets state guidelines and company standards

What You’ll Need

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program

Current, unrestricted PTA license in the state of practice

6+ months of experience as a PTA preferred

Reliable transportation , valid driver’s license, and auto insurance

Ability to travel within your assigned service area (up to 50%)

Ability to lift or transfer patients (50–100 lbs.) and work in a dynamic, hands-on environment
