Job Title : Field Representative

No sales. No experience needed. Work in the field, talk to people, gather info, and represent the project with a professional appearance and strong communication skills. Some office work and primarily in the Field going door to door communicating with homeowners identifying water service lines.

Job Title : Entry Level Field Support – $22 / Hour

Schedule : Standard Day Shift Hours

Assignment Length : 1 Year possible extension to October 2027

Additional Information : You will be working in Teams of 2

Position Summary :

The Water Line Field Representative supports the Lead Service Line Replacement Project by canvassing neighborhoods in Clinton Iowa This position identifies and documents lead water service lines by speaking with local homeowners and businesses. This is a field-based role with a strong emphasis on community engagement, data collection, and accurate recordkeeping.

Key Responsibilities :

• You will Driving a company supplied vehicle.
• Conduct door-to-door outreach to homeowners and businesses
• Communicate effectively in person, by phone, and via email
• Collect and update service line data using a company-issued laptop
• Maintain detailed documentation of all interactions and findings
• Support project staff with administrative tasks related to lead service line investigations
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions, often on foot and in teams of two

Estimated Min Rate : $22.00

Estimated Max Rate : $22.00
