As a Security Officer - Unarmed Patrol Rounds CRE in Arlington, VA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. What You'll Do :

Provide customer service by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and respond to emergency situations as needed.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner within the commercial real estate location.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and / or potential issues.

Observe and report any suspicious activities or security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel.

Maintain a visible presence on site to help to deter unwanted behavior and / or policy violations.

Communicate and collaborate with onsite staff and visitors to address security-related inquiries and provide assistance as needed.

Minimum Requirements :

Comfort with using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
