Qualifications
Education & Experience :
BSN required (or currently enrolled in BSN / MSN program with graduation within three years)BLS certification requiredACLS certification requiredNational certification within three years of hireSkills & Knowledge :
Strong clinical assessment and patient care skillsProficiency in nursing principles, equipment, and current care standardsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsKnowledge of accreditation standards and compliance requirementsPhysical Requirements :
