Compensation

Behavior Technician (non-RBT) : $22–$25 / hour

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) : $24–$28 / hour

Training and professional development included

Responsibilities

Deliver 1 : 1 ABA therapy sessions

Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA

Collect session data and document progress

Promote development in communication, play, and adaptive skills

Create a structured, engaging session environment

Collaborate effectively with supervisors and families

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required; college coursework preferred

Experience working with children or individuals with autism is a plus

RBT certification preferred (training provided if not certified)

Must have reliable transportation around Somerset County

Must pass all background checks
