Salary and Benefits

• Salary range of $109,000 to $152,000
• $7,500 retention bonus at the start of the second year
• CME : $2,000 and 40 hours paid CME annually
• 3 weeks paid vacation plus sick leave
• 4-day work week (Mon Thu or Tue Fri)
• No call duties and built-in administrative time
• Average patient load : 15+ per day
• Relocation assistance available
• FTCA malpractice coverage provided
