Job Details

As a Lead Software Engineer, you will :

1. Lead the design, development, testing, and maintenance of our software applications, ensuring their optimal performance and reliability.

2. Utilize your expertise in C#, SQL, JavaScript, Blazor, Full Stack, and OOP to develop robust and scalable solutions.

3. Lead the development and integration of APIs for our various software systems.

4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

5. Provide technical leadership to the software development team, mentoring junior developers, and promoting best practices.

6. Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.

7. Troubleshoot and resolve software-related issues and provide timely solutions.

8. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our software remains competitive.

Qualifications :

To be successful in this role, you will need :

1. A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

2. A minimum of 5+ years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on C#, SQL, JavaScript, Blazor, Full Stack, OOP, and API Development.

3. Proven experience as a Lead Software Engineer or similar role, with a track record of successfully leading software development projects.

4. Strong knowledge of software architecture, data structures, and design patterns.

5. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex software issues.

6. Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor junior developers and foster a collaborative team environment.

7. A passion for technology and a keen interest in staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.
