Automation Personnel Services is looking for a hard-working Warehouse Associate to join a dynamic team located in Birmingham, AL. This position comes with growth potentialyou will have the opportunity to gain valuable knowledge of warehousing, inventory rotation, that will help you advance your career in a supportive and team-oriented environment.

Pay Rate : $15-16 Per Hour

Schedule and Hours :

Full-Time : Monday Friday, 7 : 30 AM to 4 : 30 PM

Part-Time : Monday Friday, 9 : 00 AM to 3 : 00 PM

Warehouse Associate Duties and Responsibilities

Perform daily shipping and receiving tasks, including loading and unloading trucks and verifying incoming and outgoing shipments.

Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for delivery.

Inspect incoming materials for accuracy, quality, and damage before stocking.

Organize and maintain warehouse inventory to ensure efficiency and accuracy.

Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, or other warehouse equipment safely (if certified).

Warehouse Associate Qualifications and Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required. 1+ year of experience in a warehouse, shipping, or receiving environment preferred.

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.

Reliable work historyno frequent job changes or gaps in employment.

An in-person interview is required before hiring.

Job Type : Full-time, temporary with temp-to-hire opportunities.
