Job description

Job Title

Major Responsibilities :

  • Lift, stack, and un-stack products and materials.
  • Move raw materials and finished goods to processing or dispatch areas of the facility.
  • Make sure goods are stored in the correct area of the plant and / or warehouse so they may be located easily.
  • Complete daily Forklift Pre-Op Inspection Sheet.
  • Pull product and stage for product runs.
  • Follow all guidelines as outlined in the forklift drivers manual and policy.
  • Participate in general line cleanup.
  • Participate in physical inventories as needed.
  • Follow all safety rules and policies and GMP rules.

Requirements :

  • Maintain excellent attendance record.
  • Forklift experience.
  • Possess effective communication skills.
  • Reading / comprehension abilities.
  • Ability to identify problems and respond accordingly.
  • Possess basic math skills.

    • Physical Requirements :

  • Walking / standing 90%, sitting 10%.
  • Able to bend, squat, climb, push and pull.
  • Able to work within plant environment, heat, cold, and wet environment.
  • Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

    • Compensation :

    Base Pay Range : $16.36 - $27.26

  • Final base pay will be determined based on factors including, but not limited to; role responsibilities, experience, skills, education, geographic location, and / or internal pay equity. Please keep in mind that we consider internal pay equity and hiring at the maximum of the salary range uncommon.
