Qualifications

• Must have active state license
• BC required
• Weekdays, Days, No call
• ACLS and BLS needed
• Provider must be fellowship trained in cardiac or complex peds cases if they can do those
• General, ortho, regional, neuro spine, CRNA supervision, complex vascular & ortho, thoracic
• Credentialing needed
• DEA needed
• Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
• Assignment details and time entry in online portal
