Planner
The Planner plays a key role in ensuring smooth operations across customer service, data entry, and inventory planning. This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate across departments and production sites.
Customer service :
- ERP Entry : customers, contacts and addresses
- ERP Entry : customer orders
- Send order acknowledgements to customers
- Monitor shared inbox and phone line
Data Entry :
Entering inventory part, purchase part, sales part, and supplier for purchase part recordsInventory Planning :Work closely with sales, shipping, production, and procurement at all domestic sites.Occasional travel to production sitesOther duties as assigned.Skills
