Facilities Maintenance Team Lead Position Overview

Shift Details : Monday - Friday 7 : 00 am - 3 : 30 pm, or until the completion of tasks.

Key Responsibilities

As a Facilities Maintenance Team Lead, you'll be responsible for ensuring optimal facility utilization through various maintenance and management duties :

• Managing and performing maintenance / repair duties on conveyor systems and associated equipment (printers, strappers, ladders, power equipment)
• Leading weather response initiatives
• Providing 24 / 7 on-call support
• Troubleshooting conveyor electronics
• Serving as the Safety Point of Contact
• Supporting special projects and planning
• Filling in for absent technicians as needed
• Maintaining compactors
• Performing light electrical and plumbing repairs
• Operating power equipment for loading / unloading items
