Position : National Operations Manager - High Performance Flooring

Location : Remote

Salary : $80,000-$100,000 + Bonus

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled National Operations Manager to oversee our high performance flooring operations across the country. This role is essential for ensuring operational excellence and driving growth in our epoxy and resinous flooring segment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project and operations management, with a focus on commercial flooring.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in high performance flooring installations.
• Manage and oversee the installation network for epoxy and resinous flooring projects on a national scale.
• Collaborate with project managers and account executives to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of flooring installations.
• Monitor performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives to meet operational goals.
• Provide training and support to installation teams to ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Liaise with sales, marketing, and product development teams to align operations with business objectives.
