Location : Southeast Region (OK AR TX TN LA MS AL GA FL NC SC)

Were seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer II to provide top-tier support to our customers distribution centers. Youll travel extensively (up to 95%) to install maintain and troubleshoot a variety of electromechanical systems including conveyors robotic applications sortation systems palletizers and PLC controls.

Key Responsibilities :

• Install service and troubleshoot electromechanical systems and PLC-based equipment (Allen Bradley Modicon etc.)
• Provide on-site customer support including emergency service calls maintenance and equipment upgrades.
• Use your expertise to program modify and debug PLC code and robotic applications.
• Train and mentor field service technicians on equipment and controls.
• Develop and submit detailed service reports including program updates and drawings.
• Work independently and with teams to complete projects efficiently and on time.
• Travel up to 95% in the Southeast region and nationwide on occasion.
