The F&B program is carefully tailored to the capacity of our chef, working in conjunction with the wedding and event planning team.
Responsibilities include
- Creating and designing wedding, group, and event menus
- Provide a tasting and meeting with couples to plan reception meals
- Prepare and execute high quality buffet, family style and plated dinners efficiently
- Maintain kitchen equipment
- Monitor food stock and place orders
- Ensure that al health, safety and sanitization standards are met
- Maintain a clean and tidy kitchen
Requirements include :
Advanced knowledge of culinary, baking and pastry techniquesAbility to communicate and work as a team with various departments as well as maintaining motivation when working solo.Ability to remain calm and undertake various tasksExcellent time management abilitiesUp-to-date knowledge of cooking techniques and recipesFamiliarity with sanitation regulations
