Job descriptionOversee day-to-day store operations, including opening and closing procedures. Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with the appropriate departments to ensure product availability. Implement and enforce Dunkin' operational standards and policies. Manage financial aspects of the store, including sales, expenses, and profitability. Prepare and analyze financial reports to identify opportunities for improvement. Implement cost-control measures to optimize financial performance. Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards. Monitor product quality and consistency, addressing any issues promptly. Implement and enforce safety protocols to create a safe working environment. Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role in the food service industry. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of Dunkin' operational procedures and standards. Ability to analyze financial reports and make data-driven decisions. Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses. Bonuses are given monthly based off performance.
Dunkin' Store Manager
