They are seeking an EHS Coordinator to serve as the on-site champion for health, safety, and environmental excellence at one of the four listed locations. In this hands-on role you will partner with field leadership, trades, and client representatives to drive proactive risk reduction, ensure regulatory compliance, and foster an environment where every employee goes home safe each day.

Key Responsibilities
Lead daily site walks, task-specific risk assessments, and corrective-action tracking to keep work areas free of recognized hazards.Facilitate new-hire orientations, toolbox talks, and targeted training sessions (OSHA 30, MSHA, LOTO, confined space, etc.) tailored to each projects scope.Maintain all EHS documentation (permits, inspection records, SDS, incident logs) within the companys cloud-based safety management system.Coordinate with site supervision to embed job safety analysis and stop-work authority into production planning.Conduct thorough incident investigations, perform root-cause analysis, and validate completion of preventive actions.Serve as the primary liaison during regulatory or client audits, showcasing the sites compliance posture and continuous-improvement initiatives.Provide real-time coaching that strengthens team members hazard-recognition skills and reinforces a safety starts with me mindset.Collaborate with regional EHS leadership to roll out corporate programs, share best practices, and contribute to company-wide HSE KPIs.Required Qualifications
OSHA 30 (or higher) and a Construction Site Safety Technician (CSST) or equivalent credential.3+ years of EHS experience on heavy-industrial or large commercial construction sites (pipeline, mining, energy, manufacturing, or similar).Working knowledge of federal and state OSHA regulations plus the ability to interpret project-specific owner requirements.Proven ability to conduct incident investigations and craft actionable corrective-action plans.Strong written and verbal communication skills that bridge field teams, management, and external stakeholders.Proficiency with Microsoft Office and digital safety-management platforms.Valid drivers license and ability to navigate ladders, scaffolds, and uneven terrain as needed.Preferred Qualifications
MSHA certification or background in mining / heavy civil.Experience with behavior-based safety programs and data analytics.First-Aid / CPR certification.About Blue Signal :
