Retail Support is a department of traveling tellers and bankers who support Zions Bank branches throughout their geographical area in the case of absenteeism. This position offers an opportunity to gain a large skill set in the fundamentals of banking while also providing networking opportunities. Our mission is to support our branches and help them to fulfill strategic objectives and carry out Zions Bank's company vision. Minimum pay is $19 per hour. We are now accepting applications for our Retail Support Customer Service Associate MLO position. The ideal candidate for this position will have the skills and experience necessary to :

• Be responsible for providing quality service while protecting the branch against loss.
• Maintain advanced knowledge of branch operations.
• Expand client base through successful selling and coaching techniques including lending applications, cross-selling of bank services and products, and assisting clients in every area of banking.
• Be responsible for processing cash transactions and other customer service duties within the branch.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
