What You’ll Do

Lead with Vision : Drive the design strategy and execution for key crypto features and experiences, setting a high bar for design excellence.

Shape the Future : Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define how people interact with and understand crypto, simplifying complex systems for diverse audiences.

Champion Inclusion : Ensure our designs empower users of all backgrounds, building experiences that are accessible, equitable, and user-friendly.

Own End-to-End Design : From research and ideation to prototyping and delivery, you’ll take ownership of crafting seamless, impactful designs.

Mentor and Inspire : Provide guidance and leadership within the design team, fostering collaboration, growth, and innovation.

Proven Expertise : Extensive experience designing for complex, user-focused products at scale, with a strong portfolio that showcases your ability to simplify intricate workflows.

Crypto Curiosity : While deep crypto knowledge isn’t required, an eagerness to dive in and understand the space is a must.

Base Pay Range

Zone 1 (Menlo Park, CA; New York, NY; Bellevue, WA; Washington, DC) : $187,000—$220,000 USD.

Zone 2 (Denver, CO; Westlake, TX; Chicago, IL) : $165,000—$194,000 USD.

Zone 3 (Lake Mary, FL; Clearwater, FL; Gainesville, FL) : $146,000—$172,000 USD.
