About The Position

Job Title : Echo Tech Cardiac Sonographer Pediatrics

Profession : Radiology / Cardiology

Specialty : Pediatric Echocardiography

Duration : 16 weeks

Shift : Day

Hours per Shift : 8 hours (08 : 30 - 17 : 00)

Experience : Minimum 3 years

License : BLS-AHA

Certifications : CCI or ARDMS

Must-Have :

Fetal cardiology echocardiography experience is preferred but not required.

On-call requirement : Monday-Sunday for 3 weeks.

Description :

Performs all aspects of echocardiographic studies using ultrasonic equipment.

Conducts triage of examinations, orientation, and preparation of patients.

Provides preliminary interpretation and presentation of data to attending physicians.

Maintains echocardiography equipment and laboratory.

Documents procedures according to hospital and departmental standards.
