TARGAN is seeking a dynamic and highly organized Global Sales & Marketing Manager to support and strengthen our international commercial efforts. This role will lead coordination across global sales initiatives while driving marketing activities such as proposal writing, public relations campaigns, event planning, and customer engagement. The ideal candidate will bring 10+ years of experience in sales and marketing coordination—preferably in poultry, agriculture, or animal health—and will be adept at managing complex global operations across the U.S., EU, and LATAM regions.
This role requires a hands-on, detail-oriented leader who can balance operational precision with creative marketing execution to ensure consistent, professional, and high-impact communication with customers, partners and internal teams.
Key Job Responsibilities :
- Partner with global sales leaders to develop compelling customer proposals and presentations that clearly communicate technical and commercial value.
- Manage proposal writing processes, including gathering input from cross-functional teams (sales, product, engineering, and finance) and ensuring accuracy and alignment with brand messaging.
- Oversee global sales coordination – scheduling customer meetings, tracking opportunities, managing follow-ups, and ensuring timely communication with prospects.
- Support execution of global account management and international sales initiatives, including compliance with regional requirements (EU, LATAM, and APAC).
- Collaborate with marketing and leadership teams to plan and execute PR campaigns, press releases, and brand communications supporting key commercial milestones.
- Lead planning and management of trade shows, industry conferences, and customer events, including logistics, messaging, and post-event follow-up.
- Develop and maintain sales and marketing collateral, ensuring consistency with corporate branding and strategic positioning.
- Coordinate digital and print marketing efforts in partnership with internal or external creative agencies.
- Track and report marketing campaign performance metrics to inform strategy and continuous improvement.
- Maintain and optimize CRM and sales tracking systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) for pipeline visibility and accurate reporting.
- Generate data-driven reports on sales activity, marketing ROI, and customer engagement for executive review.
Key Competencies & Skills
Strong understanding of international markets, particularly in the U.S., EU, and LATAM.Exceptional writing, editing, and presentation skills, with the ability to distill technical content into compelling business messages.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM platforms (Salesforce / HubSpot), and marketing tools.Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.Fluent in English; Spanish or Portuguese strongly preferred.Qualifications
