Job descriptionPartner with homeowners to understand their needs, dreams, and style preferences. Take detailed notes, measurements, and photos of project areas. Guide clients through the ideas and pricing phase of the remodeling process, helping them make confident decisions. Build strong, trusting relationships with homeowners through clear, empathetic communication. Present project proposals and estimates with clarity and confidence. Collaborate closely with team members to ensure the client's vision is fully realized. Utilize digital tools and CRM systems for lead tracking, follow-ups, and reporting. Maintain a positive, growth-oriented attitude while staying adaptable to new ideas and industry trends. Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle (required). Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills. Positive, enthusiastic personality with the ability to build rapport quickly. A growth mindset -open to feedback, learning, and professional development. Digitally competent with CRM, communication, and design / sales tools. Interior residential remodeling experience is a plus, but not required. Strong time management skills and the ability to balance multiple projects. Pay : Commission-based; from $90,000 a year

This role is perfect for someone with a go-getter mindset who thrives on collaboration, values company culture, and embraces growth and learning. Experience in interior residential remodeling is preferred, but not required-we value attitude, potential, and heart just as much as experience.
