Electrician Commercial Foreman Pay

$30.00 – $38.00 per hour (based on experience)

  • Plan layouts, schedule work, and coordinate materials to keep jobs on track
  • Communicate clearly and coach team members effectively

  • Use technology to manage time, scheduling, and reporting
  • Maintain a clean and safe job site at all times
  • Possess tools and skills relevant to commercial trade

Exceptional Candidates : Electrician Commercial Foreman

  • Have 5+ years of experience in the electrical field
  • Have 1+ years of leadership experience running crews
  • Bring innovative solutions to keep work moving efficiently
  • Show urgency and take initiative to follow up and lead well

    • Electrician Key Responsibilities :

  • Install, maintain, and repair wiring, electrical systems, lighting, and control systems.
  • Read blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to determine wiring layouts.
  • Conduct inspections and identify electrical problems using testing devices.
  • Work independently or with a team to complete commercial or residential projects.
  • Ensure compliance with the National Electrical Code (NEC) , local codes, and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with general contractors, homeowners, or project managers as needed.

    • Electrician Qualifications :

  • Minimum 3-5 years of electrical experience (residential and / or commercial).
  • Must have your own tools and reliable transportation.
  • Valid Driver’s License.
  • State-issued Electrician License or Journeyman certification is a plus .
  • OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification is a bonus .
  • Strong understanding of safety procedures and electrical code compliance.

    • Electrician Pay & Benefits :

  • $25 – $35 / hr , depending on experience and credentials.
  • Weekly pay.
  • Overtime available.
  • Full insurance coverage (medical, dental, vision).
  • PTO eligibility after an accrued period.
  • Opportunities for long-term and out-of-state assignments.
