PRIMARY FUNCTION:
Under the direction of the Suite Manager and Supervisor(s), is responsible for timely, efficient, and accurate service for restaurant patrons and their dining experience.
PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Must maintain a friendly, positive attitude and a professional demeanor at all times.
2. Reports for scheduled event on time and reports to assigned area in a timely manner.
3. Fulfills opening and closing duties as dictated by management.
4. Maintains the highest level of professionalism and service while abiding by Legends’ service standards.
5. Continually and efficiently services the dining in regards to clearing tables, refilling beverages, restocking work side stations, polishing flatware/glassware, and setting tables.
6. Delivers food in a timely and efficient manner to all dining guests.
7. Abides by Legends Sequence of Service when interacting with guests.
8. Responsible for working closely with servers and bartenders when servicing guests.
9. Maintain a clean, neat, and safe work environment.
10. Communicates with Supervisors and Management.
11. Work as a team with fellow associates and other service departments within the club and stadium.
12. Performs and successfully completes tasks assigned by management.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
· Restaurant experience preferred; orientation and on-the-job training are provided.
· Must be pleasant, courteous, and enjoy working with people.
· Must be able to work in a team environment.
· Must be able to remain calm under stressful situations.
· Must be able to smile, maintain positive body language, and consistently provide positive guest service.
· Must be able to make generalizations, evaluations, and decisions without immediate supervision.
· Must be able to accept and carry out responsibility for directions.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
· Must be at least 18 years old
· Must be willing to work hours that vary, according to the event schedule
· Must be able to work at a fast pace
· Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Constant standing, walking, bending, reaching and repetitive motions. Able to perform normal lifting of stock, up to 50 lbs.
