A well-established community health center in Dayton, OH is seeking a Family Medicine / Internal Medicine Physician to join their team!

Board-eligible / Board-certified Family Medicine / Internal Medicine

Outpatient setting

Schedule is full-time 40 hours, Monday-Friday 8a-5p with one evening shift 11a-7p per week

On-call schedule is 1 : 5

FM will see all ages / IM will see ages 18+

You will see around 20 patients per day.
