Our client is a top firm, seeking associates in JD class year 2022-2023 for its Licensing & Tech Group in Boston. The firm will consider candidates with experience in commercial contracts, venture finance or M&A transactions. The salary range for this role is between $235k to $260k.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience preferably in drafting and negotiating licensing, partnering, and commercial agreements - or - experience in venture financing or M&A transactions.
• Strong interest in working with startup and venture capital clients.
• Technical degree is not required for this role.
• Preference for candidates with large law firm experience.
• Massachusetts admission required.
• Excellent academic credentials as well as strong writing skills.
• All candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.
