Job description
A company is looking for a Facets Benefits and Claims Configuration Lead.
Key Responsibilities
Lead configuration design activities for Facets Claims and Benefits based on approved business requirements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define scalable and reusable configuration solutions
Develop and execute configuration test plans and manage user acceptance testing
Required Qualifications
Minimum 6 years of experience with Facets Claims and Benefits configuration, including design, implementation, and testing
Proven ability to translate business requirements into actionable configuration deliverables
Strong understanding of healthcare operations and systems
Demonstrated leadership in configuration projects and team direction
Experience in test case development and execution, including user acceptance testing
