Your Role :

As the Director of Health & Wellness / Clinical Supervisor , your role includes overseeing the clinical and care services for our community. You’ll lead a team of licensed nurses, care managers, and support staff to ensure residents receive exceptional care and service in accordance with state, federal, and organizational standards. Through leadership, communication, and compassion, you will foster a culture of clinical excellence and resident-centered care.

Position Highlights :

• Status : FULL TIME
• Schedule : Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm, on-call availability
• Location : Naples, FL
• Rate of Pay : $75k-$85k + 10% Annual Target Bonus
