Compensation :

Pay : $20 - 30 / hour based on experience. Paid travel time and mileage reimbursement.

Settings Available : Clinic, School, Home - Provide services in the settings where you are comfortable!

Our Kiddos : 2-10 years old, many in early intervention (2-5 years old). Fair Warning - you may become attached.

Environment :

• We are a hands-off company working with autistic children who sometimes require verbal and non-physical de-escalation. We train you to do this properly.
• We love to teach through play how the child learns best.
• We integrate video games from our partner company, Simcoach Games, to extend and reinforce learning in a supportive, inclusive manner driven by the child's pace and interests. Therapy is the best when they are having fun!
• We integrate technology to reduce administrative burden.

Training & Support :

Supportive Environment : We provide ongoing training and mentorship to help you grow in your career and feel confident in your role.

We provide you with a paid 40-hour RBT training

We provide you with a dedicated, practicum program supervisor to ensure you are fully prepared to take on a BCBA role.
