Key Responsibilities

Lead a short-term acquisition diligence review

Manage a buy-side due diligence review through a virtual data room

Review government contracts, including customer and subcontractor agreements and procurement

Required Qualifications

4+ years of M&A experience

Proficiency in reviewing government contracts

Licensed to practice law in the United States

Ability to work fully remote

Available for a duration of approximately 45 days
