Finance Project Manager

Job Description

Our client is seeking an experienced Finance Project Manager to support their team on contract basis (3+ months, with potential to extend longer). This tole requires a hybrid schedule (T / W / Th onsite) in their Bloomington, MN office.

Responsibilities

• Project Planning and Execution : Develop comprehensive project plans for financial initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and stakeholder expectations.
• Budget Management : Create and manage project budgets, track expenditures, and make necessary adjustments to ensure financial targets are met.
• Financial Reporting : Monitor project financial performance and prepare reports for senior management and stakeholders, highlighting key metrics and potential risks.
• Collaboration : Work closely with various departments, including Finance, Accounting, IT, and Operations, to ensure successful project implementation and process improvements.
• Risk Management : Identify financial risks associated with projects and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards.
