The Boeing Company is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner (Experienced or Senior) to join our Everett, WA site Human Resources team. In the role, you will play a critical part in aligning HR strategies with business objectives and addressing workforce challenges. This position requires a strategic mindset and the ability to implement effective HR solutions that support both employees and organizational goals. As an HRBP, you will lead culture change initiatives by focusing on our core Values and Behaviors, ensuring they are embedded throughout the organization. Your enhanced HR presence "on the floor" will facilitate real-time engagement with employees, allowing you to address concerns promptly and foster a positive work environment. Position Responsibilities

Trusted Advisor : Provide guidance to leaders and HR team members on HR policies, practices, and strategies, fostering strong relationships and effective communication.

Culture Development : Promote and integrate Boeings core Values & Behaviors within teams to enhance organizational culture.

HR Presence : Maintain an active HR presence on the manufacturing floor to facilitate real-time engagement and address immediate HR needs.

Employee Relations : Address and resolve complex employee relations issues and conflicts with professionalism and confidence.

Change Management : Lead change management and organizational design initiatives to ensure Boeing remains agile and prepared for future challenges.

Communication Facilitation : Encourage open communication and facilitate discussions to resolve workplace issues in a constructive manner.

HR Program Implementation : Oversee the deployment and administration of HR programs, policies, and practices, serving as a subject matter expert in areas such as performance management and leadership development.

Strategic Collaboration : Collaborate with business leaders to align HR strategies with operational goals and effectively address workforce challenges.

Engagement with COE : Work closely with HR Centers of Excellence (COE) to provide insights on HR programs in areas such as labor relations, talent management, compensation, and training.

Issue Management : Address or escalate HR Service Center employee issues as appropriate.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills / Experience)

3+ years of experience in Human Resources or related field

3+ years of experience in a role utilizing business acumen and understanding

3+ years of experience in influencing and building strong relationships with stakeholders and senior leaders across functions

3+ years of experience executing strategies and managing projects that promote a culture of superior customer service and exceptional employee engagement

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills / Experience)

5+ years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Bachelors degree or higher

Experience analyzing data and metrics to identify future organization needs

Experience working in a business environment partnering and strategizing HR initiatives with senior leaders

Pay and Benefits : At Boeing, we strive to deliver a Total Rewards package that will attract, engage and retain the top talent. Elements of the Total Rewards package include competitive base pay and variable compensation opportunities. The Boeing Company also provides eligible employees with an opportunity to enroll in a variety of benefit programs, generally including health insurance, flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, retirement savings plans, life and disability insurance programs, and a number of programs that provide for both paid and unpaid time away from work. The specific programs and options available to any given employee may vary depending on eligibility factors such as geographic location, date of hire, and the applicability of collective bargaining agreements. Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary Pay Range Experienced (Level 3) : $96,050 - $129,950

Summary Pay Range Senior (Level 4) : $119,000 - $161,000
