Job Summary
We are seeking a Public Relations & Marketing Assistant to assist with growing the brand and working on maintaining an excellent public face and voice for the company. You will be a key relationship manager with centers of influence and prospective clients.

Responsibilities

• Answer emails and phone calls, answer questions, and direct larger inquiries to the appropriate personnel
• Assist other staff with media outreach
• Assist with community outreach and engagement across multiple platforms
• Create, edit, and publish content on various social media platforms, as needed
• Maintain calendars appropriately, including an editorial calendar, event calendar, and more
• Participate in meetings and strategy sessions within the department

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail
• Familiarity with common computer programs, such as Microsoft Office suite, Outlook, and social media publishing platforms
• Knowledge of Public Relations best practices
• Interest in finance
• Curious and interested in learning and contributing
