Lead Infant Teacher

A lead infant teacher's duties include :

Caregiving : Being the primary caregiver for a small number of children, helping with daily activities, and ensuring their safety

Behavior management : Developing and implementing behavior management strategies

Safety : Ensuring all safety regulations are followed

Modeling : Modeling appropriate behaviors for children

Reporting : Reporting any signs of abuse or neglect to authorities
