Coverage dates : November 2025 - March 2026

Emphasis is weekend coverage but will review candidates with weekday availability as well (Monday and Fridays particularly)

Be able to travel at least 45 minutes

Split day between two locations

Prefer local providers

Active state license

Active certs (BLS, ACLS, ATLS, PALS)

Active DEA and the state it's currently assigned
