Sales Position
Position Summary, Responsibilities and Expectations :
- Be able to create and execute a Sales and Marketing plan for your area of responsibility.
- Be able to measure performance accurately weekly / monthly / quarterly.
- Identify aging stock on retail shelf (>
90 days) and work out action plan with first line manager
Manage demand generation plans with accounts via promotion, marketing, flyer and in-store promotionIdentify any weaknesses quickly and create a plan to correct.Be able to identify business growth areas within your customer base focus and measure results.Build strong relationships at all levels within your accounts. Visit customer locations frequently.Build run rates and forecast stock levels closely within all accounts to ensure maximum sales potential.Ensure that customers have a strong understanding of Corsair's products and objectives.Maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet Corsair's core values.Must be enthusiastic and dependableIdeally 3-4 + years of experience in Retail Sales, Account Management or E-sports to tell the storyIntermediate experience working with MS Office Suite; proficient in Excel (creating charts, pivot tables, lookup, formulas) is a preference.Experience and technical knowledge of the PC Gaming or PC Hardware market preferredPossesses a passion for technology and is proactive in staying current on the latest products to marketWell self-organized to plan business travel and a substantial visit reportAbility to prioritise and demonstrate attention to detail with great accuracyExceptional written and verbal communicationAbility to articulate a point of view and negotiateAbility to work under pressure and to deadlines
