We are seeking an elite-level Escrow Manager and actively practicing Escrow Officer to lead our escrow operations. Key Responsibilities
Leadership, Team Management, and Alignment
- Exceptional Leadership : Serve as a great example of excellence and professionalism for the entire team. Mentor and coach escrow assistants and junior officers to elevate their performance and understanding of best practices.
- Organizational Alignment : Demonstrate a strong ability to follow and execute company leadership directives and strategic vision. This includes adopting new procedures, implementing policy changes quickly, and ensuring the team operates in full alignment with the overall business goals.
- Prioritization & Urgency : Effectively manage and delegate tasks to assistants, clearly defining priorities and emphasizing the appropriate level of urgency needed for critical tasks.
- Solution-Oriented Management : Foster a culture of proactive problem-solving . Identify and eliminate bottlenecks, streamline processes, and handle complex escalations with a calm, decisive, and results-focused approach.
Escrow Operations & Execution
No Error Accuracy : Maintain an absolute commitment to error-free execution across all files. Personally manage a significant, high-volume caseload, ensuring the highest level of detail and compliance is maintained for every dollar and document.Timeliness & Closing Success : Proactively manage the escrow process from open to close, ensuring all deadlines are met and files close on time, every time . Implement and enforce systems to monitor file progression and preemptively address potential delays.High-Volume Tracking : Design and utilize tracking systems to monitor a large number of diverse escrow files simultaneously, ensuring every file receives the appropriate level of attention and oversight.Compliance : Ensure 100% adherence to all federal, state, and local escrow regulations, title requirements, and company policies.Client Focus & "Big Picture" Mindset
Client Satisfaction : Ensure an exceptional experience for all clients, Realtors, and lenders. Maintain open, clear, and professional communication to build trust and achieve maximum client satisfaction .Strategic Oversight : Maintain a "big picture" perspective on all transactions and operations, understanding the impact of escrow functions on the entire real estate ecosystem and actively contributing to the company's reputation and growth.Professional Conduct : Demonstrate an enthusiastic, positive, and accountable demeanor. This role requires an individual who focuses on action and achievement rather than complaint or critique.Qualifications
Active Escrow Officer , either DFPI approved or can be approved.Minimum of 5 years of experience as a high-volume Escrow Officer, with at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.Demonstrated ability to both lead a team and effectively report to and execute the vision of senior management.Demonstrated track record of handling complex residential and / or commercial transactions with impeccable accuracy.Expert-level knowledge of closing processes, title curative, accounting procedures, and industry software.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Company Description
