Key Responsibilities

Leadership, Team Management, and Alignment

• Exceptional Leadership : Serve as a great example of excellence and professionalism for the entire team. Mentor and coach escrow assistants and junior officers to elevate their performance and understanding of best practices.
• Organizational Alignment : Demonstrate a strong ability to follow and execute company leadership directives and strategic vision. This includes adopting new procedures, implementing policy changes quickly, and ensuring the team operates in full alignment with the overall business goals.
• Prioritization & Urgency : Effectively manage and delegate tasks to assistants, clearly defining priorities and emphasizing the appropriate level of urgency needed for critical tasks.
• Solution-Oriented Management : Foster a culture of proactive problem-solving . Identify and eliminate bottlenecks, streamline processes, and handle complex escalations with a calm, decisive, and results-focused approach.
