Primary Talent Partners has a new 2-year contract opening for a Packaging Engineer II with a Medical Device client in Memphis, TN.

Pay Range

$45.00 / hr - $55.00 / hr (W2 contract, no PTO, no Benefits). An ACA-compliant supplemental package is available for enrollment.

Standard Business Schedule. Fully onsite role.

Description

The role involves managing OEM Packaging opportunities for distributed products and developing sterile and non-sterile case and tray packaging for spinal implants and instruments. Responsibilities include documentation management, design of packaging containers, determining packaging specifications, and supporting GMP documentation.

Key Skills

• CREO drawing software
• Sterile / Medical Device Packaging Development
• Project Management (MS Project, design history files)

Experience

Minimum 2 years required; 4-7 years preferred. Additional experience in change control, equipment qualification, process validation, CSV, manufacturing, troubleshooting, and quality assurance is preferred.
