Job Details : \n

  • Work 10-hour shifts with varying start times of 6 : 45 AM - 5 : 15 PM or 8 : 45 AM - 7 : 15 PM

    • \n

  • Minimum 2 years of experience required

    • \n

  • BLS certification required (AHA or ARC only)

    • \n

  • EPIC experience required

    • \n

  • Patient ratio of 1 : 1

    • \n

  • Call requirements : Every 6 or 7 weeks; weekends from Friday 7 : 00 PM - Sunday 7 : 00 PM; 1 weeknight call per week 7 : 00 PM - 7 : 00 AM

    • \n

  • Weekend coverage as needed

    • \n

  • Expected to work 1 of 2 major holidays

    • \n

  • No floating required

    • \n

  • Maximum 7 days RTO per contract

    • \n

  • Tobacco and fragrance free facility

    • \n

  • Pre-screen clinical review required, followed by manager interview

    • \n

  • Complete 5-6 hours of billable modules pre-start

    • \n

  • Work with diverse patient demographics spanning geriatric to pediatric cases

    • \n

  • Provide care across comprehensive surgical services including gynecology, orthopedics, general surgery, urology, robotics, cardiothoracic surgery, and vascular surgery

    This comprehensive healthcare facility features 11 operating suites including 2 dedicated cardiovascular operating rooms and an additional procedure room for specialized treatments. The facility offers a wide spectrum of surgical services spanning multiple specialties and is equipped with advanced technology including robotic surgical systems. The organization maintains high standards for patient care and safety protocols while serving diverse patient populations across various age groups and medical conditions.
