Aspire Design Studio – On-Site | Las Vegas, Nevada

Aspire Design Studio is a luxury residential interior design firm specializing in high-end, fully customized homes. We are seeking a talented full-time, on-site Revit Modeler / Draftsperson to join our Las Vegas studio. This role focuses on producing accurate, detailed interior design construction documents for our growing portfolio of luxury residential projects.

This position is ideal for someone who is highly technical, detail-oriented, and passionate about turning design vision into precise, buildable drawings.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, manage, and maintain Revit models for residential interior design projects.
• Produce complete interior construction document sets , including :
• Floor plans
• RCPs
• Interior elevations
• Millwork & cabinetry details
• Sections & technical details
• Finish, fixture, and hardware schedules
• Work directly with the Interior Design Job Captain to implement design intent.
• Complete revisions, updates, and mark-ups quickly and accurately.
• Uphold drawing standards, model cleanliness, and template consistency.
• Coordinate with designers, architects, vendors, and consultants as needed.

Qualifications

2+ years of professional Revit experience in architecture or interior design.

Strong understanding of residential construction methods and interior detailing.

Ability to translate sketches, concepts, and redlines into accurate technical drawings.

Experience with custom millwork, built-ins, and detailed interior elevations.

Excellent organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Experience with AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Enscape is a plus.
