DJJ OPERATIONS COORDINATOR
This position is an Operations Coordinator Position in the Central Region of Florida responsible for conducting site visits to residential programs to monitor programs.

Knowledge, skills and abilities, including utilization of equipment, required for the position : Knowledge of methods of data collection and analysis, basic management principles and practices. Ability to utilize critical thinking skills, collect, evaluate, and analyze data to develop alternative recommendations, solve problems, document work flow and other activities relating to the improvement of operational and management practices, organize data into logical format for presentation in reports, documents and other written materials, conduct fact-finding research, utilize problem-solving techniques, work independently, understand and apply rules, regulations, policies and procedures relating to operational and management analysis activities, plan, organize and coordinate work assignments, communicate effectively, establish and maintain effective working relationships with others. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Preferred Qualifications :
A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and three years of professional experience in systems analysis, management analysis, program planning, program research, program evaluation, engineering or administrative work. A master's degree from a college or university can substitute for one year of the required experience. 3-5 years' experience working with delinquent youth in a Residential setting. Experience conducting investigations, program reviews, and program monitoring and making recommendations based on findings. Experience working with the DJJ incident reporting system (Central Communications Center) and Juvenile Justice Information System (JJIS)
Computer Software experience such as Microsoft Office.
Special Notes :
This position requires non-traditional hours, including weekend and evening hours when needed.
