Human Touch Home Care is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Healthcare License Partitioner Nurse (LPN). Our Home Health LPNs deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes under the supervision of a registered nurse RN. This role involves assessing patient needs, implementing care plans, and assisting with daily activities to enhance patient well-being.
