We are seeking an Associate of Accounts Receivable to support our finance team with a focus on accounts receivable and treasury management. This role will be responsible for monitoring receivables, handling exceptions, managing system setups to ensure efficiency and compliance, and assisting with treasury-related activities as needed. The ideal candidate will bring strong knowledge of accounts receivable processes, excellent problem-solving skills, and a collaborative approach to supporting the team.

Key Responsibilities

Accounts Receivable & Invoice Management

  • Partner with the Asia transactional team to ensure accurate and timely accounts receivable processing.
  • Monitor AR transactions and customer payments, ensuring accurate recording and reconciliation.
  • Investigate and resolve exceptions, including outstanding payments and billing discrepancies.
  • Work cross-functionally to ensure accuracy and compliance in the invoice-to-pay cycle.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reporting accuracy.
  • Contribute to the development and standardization of best practices for AR workflows.

Treasury Management

  • Support cash management and liquidity reporting activities.
  • Assist with bank account administration, including signatory and access maintenance.
  • Participate in banking due diligence and onboarding processes.
  • Process electronic funds transfers and wire payments.
  • Maintain banking portal access, ensuring accurate user administration.
  • Requirements

  • 23 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and reporting standards.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., JD Edwards One) or visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Compensation / Benefits :

  • The approximate annual base salary range for this position is $50,000.00 - $65,000.00, which can vary based on role requirements, skill set, and years of experience.
