Job description :
The Recruiter will be responsible for identifying and attracting top talent into the business. The Recruiter will work directly with the Office Administrator to drive recruitment within the office for the region. The Recruiter will be self-motivated, enjoy talking to people and possess drive and confidence. The Recruiter will assist other staff during hiring spikes when they have the capacity.
Responsibilities :
Provide full cycle recruiting for positions in the allied health, nursing and non-medical positions.
Develop and implement strategic marketing efforts designed to attract passive and active candidates
Research, identify and attract active and passive qualified candidates through the use of innovative search methods that include cold calling, networking, deep internet sourcing and mining
Ensure best practice recruitment guidelines are administered throughout recruitment process by ensuring all hiring policies and procedures (i.e. compliance, legal and regulatory requirements) are adhered to
Develop long term networking relationships with key resources in order to broaden pool of potential applicant.
Brand, proactively recruit and build pipelines
Provide regular updates of advertising needs and determining, prioritizing and panning advertising costs to ensure cost control
Organize and actively participate in professional career days and job fairs
All other duties as assigned

Comfortable working independently or in a team environment
Required Education :
Bachelors Degree preferred.
Required Experience :
A minimum of two years of recruiting and / or interviewing experience in the healthcare field required.
Effective verbal and written communication, interpersonal and consultative skills with the ability to understand the need and urgency of assigned customer base.
Preferred Qualifications : Familiarity with an Applicant Tracking and Onboarding Systems is preferred.
