Hospitality Manager
The Hospitality Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high standards of service and food quality, and managing the staff to achieve business goals.
Key responsibilities include :
- Managing all aspects of restaurant operations, including food and beverage service, staff management, and customer service.
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
- Developing and implementing strategies to increase sales and profitability.
- Coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
- Training and supervising staff to provide excellent customer service and maintain high standards of food and beverage quality.
- Managing inventory and ordering supplies to ensure adequate stock levels.
Requirements :
