About the Role : Middle School English Language Arts (ELA) Teacher
As an ELA teacher at Uncommon, you will ignite a passion for literature and foster an engaging classroom culture. You will guide students through the socio-emotional changes of middle school, emphasizing writing and discourse that empowers them to find their voice. With a focus on research-based instructional strategies, you will help students build reading comprehension and academic autonomy, preparing them for the challenges of high school and beyond.

Qualifications
1-2 years of experience impacting K-12 students in urban schools and communities is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits
Compensation : The salary for this role ranges from $50,000 to $64,700 , determined by factors such as relevant teaching experience and educational qualifications.
