Pay Rate : $20.28 - $24.48 per hour

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Title Curative Specialist to join our fast-paced, high-volume team based in Anaheim, CA.

Key Responsibilities :

Resolve title issues including judgments, liens, vesting discrepancies, and other curative matters

Execute title curative actions to facilitate a seamless closing process

Communicate proactively with clients, lenders, and internal teams

Maintain high productivity while managing a pipeline of transactions

Meet deadlines in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Collaborate with teammates to support overall business goals

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Strong knowledge of California title abstracts, examinations, and commitments

Proven lien clearing and title resolution experience

Prior curative experience with a title company

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong multitasking abilities

Familiarity with title and mortgage documents

Previous experience in the mortgage / title industry

Ability to manage priorities and perform under pressure

Experience in multi-state title operations

Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel

Desired Skills :

Exposure to high-volume, multi-state closing environments

Knowledge of additional title software systems

Familiarity with compliance and regulatory standards in real estate
